A suggestion

You guys should make a section that helps nubs ( not saying who ) with stuff like a paint and making sigs becuz some ppl dont get it andneed help (alot cuz im rly messed up with this shit ) i mean...other ppl could be messed up w/ this shit

like my sig 4 example how dou get the ppl on top of the background cuz wen ever i put a pic on a background the pic tuns into a new page :/

make sure the background images r clear(go to magic wand and set it at 25% for most pics. then just click all the white around it and hit Ctrl+i then copy the pic) then go to the pic u wana post it on and make a new layer. then paste the pic on that layer then merge the layers.
